I began my career in the beauty and customer service industry. Those early years taught me the value of communication, people skills, and organisation -skills that still guide my approach today.
After stepping away from the industry, I found myself naturally drawn to roles that involved working closely with people. That led me into the world of recruitment, where I’ve spent the past few years building experience across both agency and internal roles, supporting teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments and helping match great people with the right opportunities.
From my time recruiting for construction roles in both New Zealand and Australia, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the industry and what clients and candidates need to succeed. At Longreach Recruitment, I work with the commercial and residential construction team, where I use my network and industry knowledge to support clients with talent solutions and help candidates grow their careers.
I enjoy connecting with people, building trust, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about making a difference in the recruitment space.
